Steirer was selected in the fifth round of the 1977 amateur draft out of University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He pitched for the California Angels from 1982-1984. Surprisingly he has only a few minor league cards.
Rick signed this one for me in 17 days, returned from his home in Baltimore on December 26th.
